Shipping policy

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
• Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Statutory holidays. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your parcel has shipped.
• All orders are shipped from Surrey, BC, Canada, and your delivery date is dependent upon the recipient's address. 
• We offer expedited shipping services through Canada Post.   Any order placed before 12PM will be processed the same day, any order placed after 12PM will be processed the following business day. For additional information please contact info@valuetown.ca.
